See the best that Jordan and Egypt have to offer. Start in Cairo to see the Giza Pyramids, and Islamic Cairo. Travel south for a 4-day Nile cruise before traveling to Sharm El Sheikh to relax and explore its beauty. End the trip with three days in Jordan to see the legendary “rose-red city” of Petra, the Dead Sea and many more to see.

Day 1:Arrival Cairo

Arrival to Egypt. Sun East Tours  Representative will meet you at the airport, assist you through customs and will be with you to help you check into your hotel,  review your itinerary, answer questions and most of all, help to make sure that your trip will be of the best experiences you’ve ever had.

Overnight at your hotel in Cairo.

Day 2:Pyramids Tour

Breakfast. Then Meet with your Egyptologist tour guide to enjoy your tour visiting to:
–  Great Pyramids – Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions. Cheops is the most colossal ever built. It is the last of the seven Wonders of the ancient world that still standing. Next is a close-up look at Sphinx – a huge funeral complex guarded by the legendary lion body with the face of king Chephren

  • Sakkara is 27-Km Southwest of Cairo. Including a visit to the step Pyramids of Sakkara (The first proper Pyramids built for the king Zoser, it is considered evolution of the Pyramid from the simple Mastaba to the Pyramid in its known form)
    • Followed by a visit to The Pyramids of Unas & Oser-Kaf the Mastaba. Tomb of Mereruka, Ti & Pta-Hotep (carved and painted tombs)
  • Then Memphis the ancient capital of Egypt where Colossal Statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx,

At the end of the day we will transfer you back to your hotel.

 

Day 3:Cairo Tour/ Train to Aswan

Breakfast. Then Meet with your Egyptologist tour guide at the lobby to enjoy your tour visiting to:

  • The Egyptian Museum of antiquities. On display is rare collection of 5000 years of art the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to the Tutankhamen collection of treasures, gold, and jewelry.
  • Then visit the renowned Saladin Citadel that was built by Saladin in the 12th Century and was the seat of power for the following 700 years. On the premises is the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali, one of the landmarks in Cairo whose minaret can be seen from any part of the city. The Mohammed Ali mosque was built in Turkish style, very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey.
  • Then continue to Khan El Khalili Bazaars. Shops in this district are legendary for fine border brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques …etc.

, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the Sleeper Train to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board – overnight inside your compartment.
Day 4:Arrival Aswan

You will be met at Aswan train station at 11:00 a.m, then enjoy visiting the world famous High Dam, The awesome Philae temple, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the Unfinished Obelisk.  Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5:Abu Simbel Tour / Nile Cruise

Check-out from your hotel after getting your breakfast box, then at 03:30 am start your trip to Abu Simbel Temples. It takes about a 3 hours driving one way from Aswan to Abu Simbel by a private air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, enjoy the impressive Temples of Ramses II at Abu Simbel, which is dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Harakhte, Amun-Re, and to Ramesses II. Then transfer to embark your Nile River Cruise and overnight on the cruise.
Meals: Breakfast box, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6:Kom Ombo / Edfu

Sail to Kom Ombo, have breakfast on board and Visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek and Haeroris in Kom Ombo. Sail to Edfu, lunch on board after that Visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, Horus Temple in Edfu. Take afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:Luxor West Bank

Sail to Luxor, have breakfast on board then visit the West Bank,  take an excursion to the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, Valley of the Kings, then to mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by the architects of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Hatshepsut approximately in the 15th century BC , at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board. Enjoy afternoon tea during sailing. Dinner on board Overnight in Luxor.
Day 8:Luxor East Bank/ Sharm

Breakfast on board, disembark from your Nile cruise after breakfast at 08:00 a.m. Then transfer to visitKarnak and Luxor temples, then you will be transferred to Luxor airport for flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Most flights are indirect flight via Cairo Airport. Upon arrival in Sharm, transfer to your hotel for free time at leisure with overnight in Sharm El Sheikh.
Day 9:Ras Mohamed Snorkel

After breakfast, transfer to Ras Mohamed National Park for snorkeling. Spend a fantastic day out to the Red Sea underwater Marin life and then transfer back to the hotel in Sharm el sheikh free time at leisure inSharm El Sheikh with overnight at your hotel.
Day 10:Sharm El Sheikh

Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to The Monastery of St. Catherine located at the heart ofSinai and at the foot of the Gebel Musa, or Mount Moses. Fronted by gardens and cypress trees, the monastery is owned and run by the Greek Orthodox Church. Its rich library houses the world’s second largest collection of illuminated manuscripts after the Vatican. You can see the Burning Bush and a large number of antique works of art: invaluable icons, beautifully carved doors, exquisite wall paintings and other fine religious ornaments.
Day 11:Sharm to Amman  By Flights

Breakfast at your hotel in Sharm and then you will be transferred to Sharm International Airport for flight to Amman.  Our  representative will meet and assist you upon your arrival at Amman International Airport. After that you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in. Upon arrival at the hotel he will do your check in and give you detailed information concerning your tomorrow’s trip. Overnight in Amman.
Day 12:Madaba / Dead Sea

After breakfast drive to Mt. Nebo, the place where Prophet Moses gazed at the promised land before he died and his alleged burial place. You visit the old monastery and overlook the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Jericho and Jerusalem. After we proceed to Madaba, where to find the famous mosaic 6th century map of Palestine in St. George’s church. Afterward we drive to the lowest point on earth, the Dead Sea, where you have leisure time and the chance to float on water. Overnight Amman hotel.
Day 13:Petra Tour

After breakfast drive 2.5 hours to the rose red city Petra, the biggest attraction of Jordan. Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Upon arrival you will begin the trip on horse back to the canyon, the so called Siq, and then by foot to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Among other monuments you will see are the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh”s Castle. Afterward back to hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day 14:Final Departure

After breakfast transfer to QAI Airport for departure.
