4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS

Day 1:

On arrival at the Sam Ratulangi Airport, you will be greeted and join a tour to see waruga (stone coffin of the Minahasa people). In a waruga, space is provided for laying the body of the deceased." The body is placed in crouching position, like a baby in his mother’s womb. The male corpses have their hands interlocked while the females have their hands in fists. Then we proceed to the Naimundung safari park to see from nearby the smallest monkey in the world weighing only 250 grams, with a length of 15 cm, anoa, and other Sulawesti unique animals. Then we proceed to Manado to a local restaurant for dinner.

Day 2:

After breakfast at the hotel, we leave for Minahasa, with a stop at Tinoor for taking pictures of Manado and Bunaken from 600 m above sea level. We will visit Keaten, a home furnishing industry, with raw materials from the coconut tree. From Keaten, we proceed to Bukit Temboan Ruruan, the “Dream Hill”. From this hill, we can see and take pictures of the beautiful view of Tondano Lake from 800-1000 m above sea level. From this place, we can also watch the Town of Bitung, the Klabat Mountain (the tallest mountain in North Sulawesi) while soothing ourselves in the breeze and the very cool air. Then we proceed to the Lake Tondano for lunch. After lunch, we visit Pullutan, a ceramics industry center, Bukit Kasih "The Hill of Love", a praying site for the five religions in Indonesia, constructed on a sulphur hill, a former volcano which becomes a symbol of unity for the Manado people who live in peace and harmony. From the Hill of Love, we will proceed to Kawangkoan to buy crispy nuts unique to Kawangkoan, the next is the Japanese Cave built during world war II, then we continue to lake Linow, a sulphur lake. Then we visit Wolloan, the industrial center of the MInahasa traditional house. Then we return to Manado for dinner at Raja Sate restaurant.

Day 3:

After breakfast at the hotel, at 08.30 we head to Marina Plaza Jetty. We will visit Bunaken which is famous for its sea park, a collection of beautiful corals and a diversity of fish not found in other places. You get a view of the sea park using a katamaran (glass bottom boat) for ± 30 – 45 minutes. Snorkeling lovers get a chances as well. Lunch at Nyiur Melambai restaurant. After lunch, you will be taken on a city tour and shop for souvenirs unique to Manado at shopping centers. Then you are taken for dinner at Ria Rio Restaurant.

Day 4:

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Ratulangi airport.

Price includes:

Executive coach transportation, glass bottom boat at Bunaken, accommodation at selected hotels (based on twin share), experienced guide, tourist destination admission, meals according to program, daily refreshment (mineral water).
