9 Days 8 Nights

Day 1:

Entry Kunming
Upon your arrival in Kunming, our tour guide will pick you up at the
airport and transfer to your hotel. Free in the afternoon.

Day 2:

Kunming - Dali (BL)
After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan county to visit the Stone Forest. In
the afternoon, drive back to Kunming and take flight to Dali.
Transferred to hotel in Dali.

Day 3:

Dali (BL)
Today we will visit the Old Town of Dali, local Bai villages (typical Bai building) in Xizhou, the local Tie-dying in Zhoucheng and the Three pagodas in Chongshen Temple.

Day 4:

Dali - Lijiang (BL
Drive to Lijiang. On the way stop at Xinhua village where the Bais are famous for making silver articles. Arrive Lijiang, visit Lijiang Old Town, Sifangjie Street, Jade Spring Park (Black Dragon Pool), Dongba Museum, Enjoy the ancient Naxi music in the evening.

Day 5:

Lijiang (BL
Take the cable car to visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Yunshang Spruce Meadow, Baisha Fresco and Shuhe Old town

Day 6:

Lijiang - Lugu Lake (BLD
Drive 6.5 hours to the Lugu Lake. Visit the Mosuo families, enjoy Mosuo
food. Have a bonfire party tonight, dance with the pretty and graceful Mosuo girls.

Day 7:

Lugu Lake - Lijiang (BL
Have a cruise in the Lugu lake by "pig-trough" boats".
Drive back to Lijiang in the afternoon.

Day 8:

Lijiang - Kunming (BL
Take morning flight to Kunming.
Visit the Dragon Gate and the Daguan Park.
After lunch, visit the Flower and Bird Market.

Day 9:

Kunming - exit (B
Transfer to the airport, service ends

Note:

1-We skip the cruiser trip on Erhai lake in Dali in this itinerary. It’s just our suggestion. Because it usually takes about 4 or 5 hours on the cruiser to visit around the lake. But most of our western clients prefer to spend more time in exploring the local people’s life in the villages. But if you insist, we could add this trip to your itinerary.
2-The quotation is valid in winter time, new year’s day, X’mas. But not valid in Chinese Spring Festival.
