Arrival
From EGYPT Via Speed Boat,Meet & Assist By Our REP –Transprtion
To The
Wadi Rum
For 2 Hours Jeep 4X4 “Vast,
echoing and God – like”, these are the words T. E. Lawrence used in
describing Wadi Rum, the largest and most magnificent of
Jordan’s desert
landscapes. In these anci ent valleys, the elements of nature have
modeled and carved out this panorama and have left us strips of
scorched earth, sides of carved mountains and stretches of sand which
have the ability to change into shades of yellow, red find orange. The
hours before sunset and those of early morning are the best moments to
appreciate the landscape; however, there are many places to visit in
this vast terrain, the most important of which are Iawrence of
Arabia’s
springs, Jebel Khazali and the mountain of the seven pillars
of wisdom. The most tantalizing experience, however, remains a
night’s stay besides the fire and under the most magnificent starry
desert sky. After Sun Set, Drive To
Petra -

F/Day Visit
PETRA
“Red
Rose city of Petra, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Petra is
the legacy of the Nabateans, an industrious Arab people who
settled in south Jordan more than 2000 years ago. Much of Petra’s
appeal comes from its spectacular setting deep inside a narrow desert
gorge. From the main entrance, the visitor travels on foot through the
awesome “SIQ”, an immense crack in the sandstone that winds for
one kilometer between overhanging cliffs. Petra’s most famous
monument, the Treasury, appears dramatically at the end of the Siq
and various walks and climbs reveal literally hundreds of buildings,
facades, tombs, baths, funerary halls,
temples and a 3000 seat theater from the lst Century AD”
After Noon Back To Hotel For O/Night.

Breackfast Drive
To Visit Madaba & Mt. Nebo
“ Madaba “
is most famous for its mosaics ; Madaba ' s chief attraction in the
contemporary Greek Orthodox church of st. George – is a
wonderfully vivid, sixth – century Byzantine mosaic map showing
the Jordan River Valley and the Nile Delta . Although
damaged Jerusalem is clearly visible and other holy sites .With
two million pieces of colored stone , and a full 25 × 25 meters in its
original state , the map depicts hills and valleys , villages and
towns , as far a way as the Nile Delta .Madaba continued
to be inhabited in the Nabatean and Roman periods , and
was home to an important regional school of Mosaicists in the
Byzantine period . Many of its outstanding mosaic church
pavements have been preserved in their original places or in the
Madaba Archaeological Museum .
Then
Visit Mt Nebo,
Mount Nebo,
to the top of Pisgah which is across from Jericho
Deuteronomy (32:1- 12) the Memorial of Moses, where it is
presumed his death and burial place. Where God reaffirmed the covenant
of faith, Mount Nebo is one of Jordan’s most sacred sites According to
the Bible, it is the place from where Moses viewed the
Promised Land in Canaan, and where he died and was buried in a
nearby valley. And consists of a Trefoil church built by early
Christians at least as early as 393 AD, and is famous for having been
visited by the Pilgrim Ageria. Later, traditions say that it
was here that the Prophet Jeremiah hid the Ark of the
Covenant to save it from the conquest of
Jerusalem
by King Nebuchadnezzar in 588-87 SC. During the Byzantine era,
the Mount Nebo
summit and Church ( Siyagha in Arabic) had different names
including Naba, Nebo, Abarim and Phasga. Then Drive To
Dead Sea,
The Dead Sea is a destination for visitors from around the world due
to its unique water qualities, climate and historical and spiritual
legacy. This "Sea of Salt"
sits amidst the sensational mountains of the Biblical Kingdoms
of Moab, Ammon and
Edom to
the east, and the rolling hills of
Jerusalem
to the west. Enjoy a buoyant swim while reading a newspaper or just
watch the thick, gleaming snow like rocks that give the area a strange
surreal sense as if it were in another world. One should always
remember that this is the lowest point on Earth and a place that is
believed to be the site of five biblical cities:
Sodom,
Gomorrah,
Admah, Zebouin and
Zoar.Evning Drive To
Amman City

Breackfast, Start visit to AMMAN City
Tours,“Amman is the modem and ancient
capital of Jordan, known in history as Rabbath - Ammon
and in Graeco - Roman times as
Philadelphia.
No more than four hours drive from anywhere in the country, Amman is a
convenient base for any tour within the Kingdom. Your hosts, the
Jordanians, are wonderfully gracious and welcoming and most will
surprise you with their excellent English. The city is crowned by the
Citadel, a hill with the ruins of the
Temple of Hercules,
and a museum with artifacts dating back to the earliest settlement in
the region some 700,000 years ago. At the foot of the Citadel lies the
5,000 seat Roman Theater, After noon Drive To Jerash,
“Only a short hour's drive north of
Amman is the Graeco -Roman city of
Jerash
(Gerasa in ancient times). This ancient city of Jerash is remarkable
for its unbroken chain of human occupation. At a well - watered site
in the hills of Gilead,
one will find remains from Neolithic times, as well as Greek,
Roman, Byzantine, Omayyad and others. Jerash's
golden age, however, arrived with Roman rule, and today it is
acknowledged as one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in
the World. One can walk beneath four imposing gates, or down the
"Street of Columns" north from the
Oval
Plaza while stepping over the tracks of chariot wheels still
visible in the paving stones.” City Tours At Jerash, Evning
