The Steigenberger Golf Resort is surrounded by blue lagoons in the middle of the 18 hole USPGA Championship Golf course. The hotel's architecture is inspired by traditional Egyptian/Bedouin styles and was designed by Michael Graves, the renowned American architect.

• Fairways Restaurant: Steigenberger Golf Resort buffet restaurant, serving breakfast from 7:00 - 10:30 and theme dinners from 18:30 - 22:30. The buffet is ordained with a large selection of culinary dishes of which some are prepared on a live cooking station. The restaurant's location centrally adjacent to the lobby and swimming pool. The palm tree and large marble terrace is considered as one of the most beautiful locations in the hotel. The interiors are soothing blue, cream and salmon colors.

• La Rotisserie Restaurant and Bar: Located in the golf club tower with beautiful views over the golf course, La Rotisserie is acclaimed as one of Egypt's and El Gouna's finest restaurants serving dinner from 18:30 - 22:30. Refined French Mediterranean cuisine and eloquent service in combination with subtle music and candle light tables makes La Rotisserie the perfect location to celebrate special occasion. Part of the Dine around program enjoy a four-course set-menu at no extra charge.

• Pool Snack Bar: Located adjacent to the Pool and open from 11:00 - sunset, the Snack Bar offers light salads, sandwiches, fresh fruit juices, daily cocktail specials and the famous Steigenburger.

• Lobby Lounge and terrace: Located in the lobby area and open from 9:00 - 1:00, the terrace is the venue for daily live entertainment and weekly shows

• Par 19: Located on the third floor of the main building and open from 18:00 - 1:00, Par 19 is the perfect location to enjoy a typical Egyptian water pipe or indulge with a Cigar or Cognac and watch the sunset from the best view of the mountains, Red Sea and Golf course in the hotel.
